		<description>creative illumination on the precinct? Wouldnt illuminations look better on the sea front or up sea road ? I remember the days of the old illuminations between the 2 piers along the front.. dragonflies, boats, moons... some other squiggly things but they looked lovely reflecting on the shore... call me old fashioned but a few coloured lights down by the sea can be quite tranquil on a warm summers evening, NOT outside tj hughes!</description>
