What sort of surfer community are you expecting in Boscombe? People in new Audi estates who check in to 4 star hotels? You have not thought this project through if you can't provide free camping facilities for surfers near the beach, because there is no way I or my friends would leave our classic VW campers unattended in a rough place like Boscombe. Does the Council have any immediate plans to accommodate proper surfers and their vans?
