		<description>The transformation of the boscombe sea front is amazing! I was in the area 12 months ago before the work really started and wow what an improvement it is now. With the resturants and bars, surf shops and surf school , new development etc there is a really good vibe! In fact i couldnt help myself i wanted to be a part of it so i bought a surf pod (beach hut). Well done all involved!</description>

		<description>Sigh of relief the NZ team came back - plenty of confidence then eh - we will see, I wonder if it was the same contingency plan as used by design team for the disappointing Mt Maunganui and Opunake artificial surf reefs in New Zealand. lol</description>
