The model that this reef will be based on (at Mount Maunanui) isn’t even finished yet and doesn’t really work - perhaps you should have waited until ASR could be bothered to finish that reef first :-(

  2. 2 Roy Stewart Says:

The man speaks with a forked tongue, but you people were warned and failed to heed the warning so it’s your own fault.

There’s a fine line between pleasure and pain and Bournemouth may get to experience the full spectrum of emotions on a daily basis until the finished reef waits until conditions are “perfect” for it to work.

But guess what - we have an “inperfect” changing world where it is unwise and even the extreme folly to assume that it will be as we wish it to be day by day, year by year, decade by decade.

We all are supposed to learn by our mistakes made, especially when decisions are made in the realm of feeling “invincible, unsinkable, important and immortal”.

But at the end of the day its about a commercial reason for the redistribution of wealth and who lost and who won in the redistribution.

Welcome to the game of intellectual capitalism and wealth distribution.

It even comes with follow on support and help with every reason well explained as to why everybody was “expecting too much”.

It’s called lack of “good surfing conditions grief” counselling.

The cure - go to where the surf is mostly very good all the time.
